sparking
Today some water spilled on one of the burners of my Thermidor gas cooktop. Now the electric ignition/lighter on that burner won't stop sparking unless I turn on the flame and leave it on. As soon as I turn off the flame, the sparking/clicking starts again. Please advise.

You can use a hair drier to remove the water on the igniter .before you do it close the valve of the gas tank.and apply heat to the igniter to dry the water.this cause a short circuit on the ignition of your stove..dont worry as soon as the water dries the spark will stop..
hope this helps you..
