First, check the engine oil level to make sure the crankcase is not over-filled with oil. Then locate the crankcase breather vent tube. This is a rubber tube, about 1/2" (13mm) in diameter that goes from the crankcase to the air cleaner box. Or, on your bike, it may just go to beneath the engine and vent into the atmosphere. In either case, make sure this tube is not kinked or blocked by anything. If the above items check out okay, then the only other cause of your oiled spark plug would be worn out piston rings and/or valve guides. Basically, a top end teardown and inspection will be needed.
