Hello. Our Combi Micro-Oven is about 7 years old and has just developed a problem. When I switched it on to microwave something sparks emanated from behind a silvery cardboard cover on the right hand side of the oven. I have removed the cover and there is a round metal pipe object hanging down that seems to have some burn marks on it. What is wrong and is it repairable please?
