I just purchased the Brookstone Bop Wireless Speaker, and it is not turning on. Also, the LED does not light up when charging. The LED will light up if I turn the speaker "on" while it is connected to a USB port, but even then, the LED turns off as soon as I unplug the speaker. Please help!!
