I HAVE CHANGED THE BATTERIES IN REMOTE MANY TIMES WITH NEW ONES BUT STILL DOES NOT WORK ALSO I HAVE TRIED TO MANUALLY DO IT THROUGH THE TV BUTTONS BUT IT DOESN'T WORK IT IS STUCK ON NO SIGNAL FOR ABOUT A WEEK NOW.

Did you happen to lose home power even for a few seconds when this happened? It may have reset itself for a default input such as composite video instead of cable or HDMI. In that case, no matter how much you change channels you'll get nothing. If you have a cable box the TV may have changed to channel 2 or 4 instead of 3 which is what's needed.
P.S. all the manuals I see say it's an LCD not Plasma.
It would help to know what you are getting your signal from, and was it working before? Does the signal source work with other TVs?
Make sure whatever you're getting your signal from is turned on and plugged into the appropriate connector.
To change the audio/video input press the SOURCE button it will cycle through all possible inputs. (there's 10 of them.)
