Spy Sweeper won't sweep after subscription renewal and upgrade to 5.5
I'm running Windows XP, Zone Alarm and Norton Anti-Virus.
After renewing my subscription to Spy Sweeper (which I never had a problem with before) and upgrading to Webroot's latest version, it says "installation was damaged. Please reinstall" Also says "4 critical shields are OFF" and "vulnerable". Won't perform a sweep.

Hello,i have been reading your problem....This is simply because you have too many anti-virus programs running all at once.... I reccomend you remove the other 2 anti-virus software....
