Hi Ashley
At Dorel we never recommend oil based lubricants as they will add a sticky residue to the product which will attract more dirt and debris which in turn causes friction, leading to a squeaking noise.
We would advise cleaning of the wheels and axle is done with furniture polish or dry Teflon spray to remove dirt and grime and any residue which may be causing friction.
We would recommend you contact Uppababy for further advice
