Stall restart mower stalls out almost like it is out of gas but as soon as it stops running I can turn the key and it restarts and runs for a few more minutes then it does it again. already changed the oil, oil filter, fuel, fuel filter, and plug even changed the gas lines. any thoughts

Many ride ons have a breather in the filler cap to stop a vacume in the fuel tank, try just slackening off the fuel filler cap and see if it runs ok, if it doed just replace the filler cap
