STANDBY on the main unit for more than 5seconds and remove and re-insert the power cord, as advised in the user manual. After the power switch off the update process restarts automatically and it cannot reach a successful result. Currently, we cannot quit the update mode and therefore we cannot use the device. Thanks

You must have its repair book, not the user manual, with you to know all about the firmware update and other things. There are so many adjustments should be done after firmware update, and all of them cannot be snd to you by this window, ad they contains illustrations.
