I have a Staples "Heavy-Duty Micro Cut" Paper Shredder, item # 633967, which I believe Fellowes manufactured for Staples. The blades have stopped turning - light is on, motor is running but blades will neither run in forward nor reverse. Thoughts? I have been looking for the means with which to fix it. Thanks.
