You will need to remove the carb and extract the main jet and clean it.
If you dont want to remove whole carb sometimes you can just remove the fuel bowl underneath and run a small piece of wire into the main jet from there. It takes a bit more finess but you wont have to worry about putting the carb back on.
You might just want to call a shop and find out how much carb service is with a regular seasonal tune up. Its very slow right now for a lot of shops so they might have the time and need to take a job like this for a reasonable price!
