I have an old AO Smith water pump, model:C48L2DA5A1, motor: SKCET52ABN that the capacitor blew out in. When I took the cover off the yellow wire coming from the thermal protector was off, and I removed two other wires from the old capacitor forgetting to mark them. Besides the yellow, there was a short red that attaches to the switch, and a dark (dirty) wire coming from the interior windings. The old capacitor showed signs of three wires being attached to three of the blades. My question is, which two wires are paired on one side of the capacitor? The pump is wired 230, and has a start capacitor only. I've looked for wiring diagrams but can't find any that match this old of a motor. I use it for watering the garden only (vs city water) and would love to get it going again since it's a workhorse. Thanks, David
