Start up takes time
When I turn the pc on it says it cant find the bios press G, so press G it starts gets to the windows picture then stops stays blank for about 4 minutes then starts up as normal, can I change this?

Do a replug on all components on the motherboard. The CPU, RAM, Power Supply cable. Clean the motherboard using a dry and clean paint brush. (you can also vaccuum it)If you are skilled enough, replug the bios chip as well but be very careful as you can damage the actual chip.
