Started my 2001 dodge dakota with power locks and came back into house,when I went back outside the truck was locked with the key in it. Is there anyway to unlock it without breaking a window?

Professionals use an airbag that deflated can be worked into the top corner of a door window frame and when carefully inflated will flex the top of the door outwards and create a gap through which a variety of "fishing" tools and grabs can be used to unlock the door.
I used to use a variety of smooth hardwood wedges to achieve the same thing...
