starting fluid. I can't hear the fuel pump but I don't think it would go bad just sitting. It could be that the pump isn't getting power but I'd have to drop the tank to see. When I first tried to start it I did have to jump it, could I have fried something? I did try to bump start it after jump didn't work. Also, replaced fuel pump relay just in case, but that didn't work
The fuel pump maybe frozen up on it . The gas can gel and go bad and ruin a fuel pump .if you have voltage at the connector for the fuel pump and you don't hear it . You would have to drop the tank and clean it out completely and check the fuel pump or just replace it . either way it is a somewhat big job depending on how much fuel is inside the tank . if you have a drain hole plug at the bottom i would drain the old gas first . most models don't have one . I would also replace the fuel filter as it would be clogged im sure too .
