Startup after a restart or shutdown
Will not go beyond the biostar t series screen.
unless i disconnect everything attached to any usb ports, after i disconnect the usb ports then it will go thru to windows, but not before. and u do have to restart it before it goes after u pull the plugs

First thing with the usb items removed, go to control panel/ system/ usb ports. Here you will be able to see if the usb ports are correctly working.
You may need to re-install drivers for these ports or all USB.
If that is all okay, and you can see that the usb ports are working and seem to be set up correctly, then,...
You may need to test each item you connect to the usb.
But, I suspect some problem is with the usb internally. Drivers or not set correctly.
