Report "Status light blinking red once, pausing 2 seconds and blinking again. cleaned lamp housing, even replaced lamp, pressed help to clear lamp meter. the maintenance and troubleshooting guide from nec is worthless. i am in alaska and work at university of alaska in eagle river and i am getting no tech support from nec, you would think as much as we spend they might try a little harder. thanks for any help you can give"
