Hi, Your unit is in standby mode and can't power it on because of the ff reasons : 1. Open fusible resistor in line with the B+ going to your h-out transistor. 2. Shorted H-out transistor - This is responsible for driving the FBT. 3. Leaky electrolytic capacitor in the regulator section, system supply. 4. Faulty start-up circuitry, system IC. Fault is not DIY and need to check by qualified tech. Since working on the power supply is fatal. Hope that it may help you. Have a nice day! JDVillanueva
