Steam is coming out of exhaust on my gas Rheem tankless exterior water heater outside temp 18 to 20 D should this happen?
The steam quites after short time. This is the first time unit has worked at temps below freezing. The system is a closed water circuit. Where is the moisture coming from to form steam? Could there be a leak in unit?
