It either a hose or a freeze out plug, see if u can get someone to pressure ck the system
You could have the following 1. could be a hose up in there. 2. could have a leaking freeze plug or a crack in head gasket 3. could have a crack in the block. Have you checked to make sure that you do not have water in oil pull your dipstick and check
