Steam works, coffee doesn´t
Hey, I bought a brand new Saeco Via Venezia and wanted to have my first espresso now. But when the machine has it´s working temperature (green light) and i push the coffee-button, I hear the normal sound but there comes no coffee... the powder doesn´t even get wet... Apart from that everything works...
What´s the problem? I need my coffee :) Thx a lot!

Hi,
Try to prime the machine.
Open the steam knob and press the buttom for coffee, when the water comes, close the steam knob.
