Report "Steamer My steamer has been working fine. But now the the thumping noise will start but no steam will be produced and then the thumping stops and nothing happens. When I turn the machine off of steam, it produces a loud hissing noise, which is normal. So why am I not getting steam to come out of the steamer? Thank you for any suggestions!"
