I have had a search for parts but as with many chairs/scooters they are not listed. so looks like your only options are take to dealer and get fixed, find a blacksmith that can make a new link you might even try a school with metal work rooms, and ask if they can help. or keep your eyes open on eBay and try to find the part or non working scooter to take the part off, and have other spares. if you find other parts for your scooter email the seller and ask if they have the link, many people only list more expensive parts when they break a scooter.
what ever if you can get the part made or direct from dealer get a back up, always good to have spares.
