I just bought a tc5000 treadclimber. The pedals do not move up and down very easily. They are very stiff, even on the lowest setting. Also, the belts do not run smoothly when I am walking on them, even though I lubricated the areas underneath with silicone lubricant (as suggested in the handbook). Any ideas?
