I was haveing the same prob and i had cracks in my ex moanifold and turbo ex housing

Could be associated with ur turbo, "boost lag" have u turned up your boost latly?? the talon stock turbo is only good for 12-14 psi 14 max any higher and it sounds very bad on the motor
