Still doesn't run
My Insinkerator Badger 5 hums when you turn it on. I used the Allen wrench, but the thing turns freely. The motor still hums. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Well, the impeller is slipping on the motor shaft, you need to remove the unit and see whats up
