Stopped working Player was working just fine - the unit was in my pocket. As I took off my jacket it abruptly stopped working. I have tried new batteries and all the bottons, but the screen remains blank. Any suggestions?
Hi, have you checked the battery terminals are not corroded. If they are ok then it could be that it has either over heated or got damp being in your pocket if this is the case then you will need to remove the case and clean the board to make sure its free from corosion. If this still dont solve your problem then the most likely cause is going to be a part failing on the board the problem with this is that you cant get them repaired and you cant buy the parts for the board. Also the cost of repair would be more than the price of a new one so its not financially worth it.
If you have any questions give me a shout back and ill be glad to assist you further ok
Hi, sorry its been a while but ive been away for the bank holiday and im back online now. If the terminals are ok then the chances are their is an internal problem with the board itself the problem is knowbody repairs these as they just cost more than the price of a new one to repair as your problem is internal fault then the best option would beto replace the mp3 player. Have you had it long incase you can take it back and get refund or exchange.

Try letting the unit reset by leaving the batteries out at least overnight, then putting in new batteries and powering on the unit.
