Hi just read your posting.First drain the water by hand enough to tip it back against the wall so you can look underneath.Now you will have one of 2 pump types.The pump I think you have is the one with the red or black fan attached.When you look underneath you will see it to the right at the front.Turn the fan clockwise and anticlockwise a few times to loosen the pump.This is the procedure to unjam a pump.The pump should turn freely.If it turns freely then put the machine on it"s feet and select a spin cycle and hopefully it starts to drain. If the pump is the other type or it stays tight and does not loosen,or it just doesn't drain reply back and I can help you further.Good luck.Please turn the power off at the power point before you work on it.

this helped me so much!!! I had so much washing to do and my machine just stopped like this!!! I managed to tip it back and spin something around (not sure what!!!) tipped it back, turned it back to rinse cycle and WA - LAH!!! I can get on witgh my washing!!this helped me so much!!!
