Hello Swnepo, Empty out the hopper and let the stove cool down.
There a some things you need to check to make sure that the auger motor is working properly and isn't failing, which could be the issue, of erratic pellet feeding to the burner.
This is straight from the manual for your particular pellet stove, in the order of things to check and how/where.
Make certain the exhaust blower is operating - Check the condition of the vacuum hose (located on the left side of the heater). Should not be cracked or torn. - Check the manual reset button on the 200°F (93°C) temperature sensor. Before re-setting the red button, check for the cause of the over-heating. - If the auger still does not work, then apply 115V AC directly to the auger motor. If it still does not work, replace it. - Check the auger by bypassing the 200°F (93°) temperature sensor with a jumper wire. If auger works, replace the sensor. - Check the vacuum sensor by placing a jumper wire between the blue wire and the black wire that are attached to the sensor. If the auger works, test to see if the exhaust blower is producing enough vacuum (may require cleaning). - If not, replace the vacuum sensor.

Refer to page 28 and 29 of the manual for the troubleshooting guide.
Typically, when pellet stoves "act up" or fail to function properly, it is due to 1st, a dirty stove. Clean the exhaust blower and vent pipe from the stove all the way to the outside vent cap. Check the hopper and clean out any residual dust build up (you've already done that) and clean the burner assembly.
I hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!
Stopped up Regulator! Replace your regulator Vaule its a small little box that allows incoming Gas and then on other side it releases Gas to your burners.
Ok let me do some research and see what i can come up with as to why it is burning up pellets.Ok let me do some research and see what i can come up with as to why it is burning up pellets.
