Strange grinding Sound coming from bottom end of engine
The bottom end of the engine creates Grinding Noise When the bike is in load condition and this strange sound goes away when the bike achieves proper speed that means no load. Actually This problem happened in 2013 when i was riding the bike in top gear (5th) at very low speed suddenly i heard a breaking sound something in engine or drive chain. Then i visited to S.V.C. they insisted me to change clutch plates, i replaced it but no single change i noticed. i have changed cam chain, clutch plates and Valves with their seals, Tightened Drive chain according to the manufacturer specs but no change i got. And one thing more is that bike is very slow when it comes to pick up and suddenly engine stalls even if iam pressing half clutch at 3000 RPM in 3rd gear, before this problem was common in 5th and 4th Gear but now it is common in 3rd and 2nd. the Gearbox has bit heavy shifts now. i got check bike Compression, Piston Rings conditon and Crankshaft connecting Rod Clearances. Everything was perfect, So where is the problem.

If the bike sounds fine on idle and will rev freely then I would suspect the gearbox and particularly the power output shaft/drive shaft
Hi,becouse you have sied you have checked the top end,I would just double check the clutch baskets teeth and the gear it attaches to just in case,if not that, then check that the drift key has not come out of the stater,(alternater)and moving slightly,if not thoughs then I think you will have to split the caseing and check the gear sincros.
hope this was some help, all the best.
