As I draw with my wacom digital pen, sudden streaks appear towards the upper left. It's as though there's another pen in that particular spot where I am not drawing that's causing the sudden streak line.

I've tried quite a few things, but I'm thoroughly stumped. I'm extremely frustrated, because I can not draw correctly at all. Please help?
