String is wrapped around area under spool housing
How do I get spool housing off as string is wrapped around the metal part sticking up out of the middle of the housing. This is underneath the housing so I can't get to it, unless I take it off. How would I do that.

Do not get spool housing off even you got problem such as wrapped string, please go to service center for help.
