I have looked under the cover. Everything seems to be working OK - OTHER THAN THE BACK OF THE DRAWER NEEDS A SMALL TAP TO GET THINGS GOING. The motor or rubber belt on the pulley wheels may be worn - Has there been similar problems with others - What is the solution to get it fixed.
