Search for a RE-CONE Kit, Not sure if they make them. Only ship to JL if you are under warranty & even than it's a hit & miss. Good Luck!
It's stuffed! We used to take a 9 volt battery and just scratch the terminals to try and un freeze it. If that doesn't work, then ship it.
