SLide the unit out form under the counter and loosen the 3 allen head type bolts and move the door where it needs to be, then retighten the 3 screws. If the door has never been adjusted before, there will also be 2 Phillips head screws. take them out and throw them away. they are only there to hold the adjustment during shipping of the unit when it was new, and they won't line up anymore after you adjust the hinge. Good luck!
If you take all 3 loose and look under the hing there is a plate mounted inside the cabinet that the scres screw into. that whole plate should move with the hinge if you loosen all 3 screws. Sometimes it is stuck in the foam they used to insulate the cabinet, and is difficult to move. If this is an older unit, they may have put this adjustement on the plate that bolts to the top of the door instead, but I've never seen that on a subzero. Also when I say that the cabinet may be warped, I mean out of square. If you have a framing square, put it on each side of the fron \t and make sure that the whole box isn't out of square from an unlevel installation. This can be true evenb if the top of the frame is level. It is the only thing that could casue the door alignment issue if the top hinge is not in fact adjustable. If you take all 3 loose and look under the hing there is a plate mounted inside the cabinet that the scres screw into. that whole plate should move with the hinge if you loosen all 3 screws. We did remove the top hinge and there is nothing under the hinge except the three holes for the screws. The box is square as well. At this point I am assuming that the only fix is to move the hinge itself. We did remove the top hinge and there is nothing under the hinge except the three holes for the screws.
