Sub Zero 680 Side by Side zer Icing problems - the tech recommended defrosting the freezer. I was able to turn off the freezer and defrost it but now I can't turn it back on. The panel shows "--" for the freezer. The refrigeration is working fine. I've tried everything... any suggestions?
