Sumvision cyclone not working
I have sumvision cyclone multimedia player, i have put a 500gb drive in it. however the power appears not to work and my pc doesn't even recognise it exists, so can not format could you help me please?

I am having the same problem.
can anyone explain.
Power tries to turn on but fails to come up with screen that says HELLO.
It just flickers on for a second and then powers down straight away.
