Suzuki GSX250EX wont start
Hi,
Just bought a 1981 Suzuki GSX250 EX (ebay).
Rode her 121 miles home no problems, left to stand for a week, now she wont start and has the occasional backfire whilst trying to turn over.
Tried bumping no luck,checked the battery and it is ok.
Does it sound like too much or too little of fuel (tank is in mint condition)?
I'm thinking I'll check the spark plugs,petcock (couldn't see a prime on it),vacuum line, carb float bowl(s) any other suggestions, or known common problems for this bike?

That sounds like a timing issue with the back fire, also check coil wires.
