Suzuki XL7 - Diesel sounding engine very loud noise. Initially started as a "tick-tick" noise. Currently at a Suzuki dealership (over a week long) and I am told that the problem is a inferior oil filter was used and it broke up. The pieces went into the engine and they need to clean it out. Then I was called back and said that some parts in the cylinder may have come apart and are foating in the engine when it going stopping the oil from getting to all of the engine. Have you ever heard of this because they are not trying to say I may have to pay instead of this being under warranty!

No one is taking the blame. This is happening to me now! What was your outcome of this. I have no clue where to go. I also noticed lot of folks have had this issue with there suzuki xl7 2008.
