Report "SVC Scanning Scanner brand new. Was scanning ok untill I set the clock. Now it will not scan the channels using SVC. It will go to one channel and dtay there. Pressing hold and the the up arrow key it will scan untill the up arrow key is released, then stays on that channel. How do you get it to scan all the channels in the desired service. (fire,ham,etc)????"
