Try tripping the circuit breaker or disconnecting power cord for a couple of minutes. While power is off, check the inlet cable at the back of the machine.
If there is no water getting into the machine, and there is humming sound when the machine is supposed to cycle, test inlet valve, pressure switch, and finally electronic control.
The electronic control is replaced only when inlet valve and pressure switch are surely working, as this are more common faults.
If inlet valve is dual, it can be tested swapping hot and cold. Otherwise it is tested reading impedance at valve solenoid contacts.
The pressure switch is tested jumping its contacts and cycling, take care to prevent overfilling, as the switch will not work while contacts are jumped.
If everything is Ok, then a tech will need to read volts at the electronic control board contacts.
Disconnect power before performing any testing or maintenance operation on the appliance.
All tests must be done by a trained technician.

Regards.
Check the water supply. Sounds like the solenoid has operated but water not flowing.
