Symbol MC9190-G crashes when loading an application. How can I boot without loading application so I can remove the program?
We use AppCenter for ABO. Set it up in 6 previous units with no problem. This time after cold boot, unit comes up with error "Applicaton AppCenter.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down." and the unit freezes up. I cannot connect to Windows Mobile Device Center because the error pops up and freezes before it connects. Is there a way to set this back to factory settings so it can be rebooted?
