Symphinic SC313E cant set channels
I now have cable, but got the tv vcr from freind who lost remote and i dont know how to set up channels without the remote
please help

Unplug it overnight. When you plug it back in you should get the set-up menu.
Hit the channel down button until you reach the menu.
