sync correctly however the battery light has been blinking for over 24 hours and now the headsets aren't even pared anymore, they haven't been used since the new batteries have been put in. The battery light just keeps blinking. When I tried to re-pare them nothing happens, again the battery light just keeps on blinking. I don't understand how perfectly working headsets are now not working after replacing the battery,. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Blow gently on both the pins that sit up from the base and the hole the pins go into, if you have a soft brush, use that gently to clean.
check the pins are not bent or broken.
