Sync problems with windows vista
I purchased a new computer over the weekend, (Vista Home Premium 64 bit) I have tried several times to install and Hot sync my IQue 3600 and it won’t find the device. I did try to run Palm Desk Top using XP SP2, Still no luck.

VIsta is not compatible with your phone, You'll have to transfer via bluetooth.
Older palm products and vista aren't compatible. You either needs to transfer info via bluetooth or upgrade your palm if you wish to continue using vista.
