System crashed My benq joybook 5100 crashed....cant even read the system...insert the recovery disk but nothing happens...just blank...how can i get a startup cd rom so that i can reformat the whole drive and partition it back?

well you would have to purchase a operating system from one of your local computer stores to fix that problem. There are other methods but they are very risky and may damage your system so i suggest you purchase the cd and keep it in a safe place after use.
