System fault 9-357
I got this problem after print 240 sheet of black print. I got some suggestion to clean up the black toner sensor. but I don't know how and the manual tell me to set nvm-776-374 and nvm-776-062 to zero. Again I have no idea of what is NVM and now to access it. Any help would be appreciated

The motor or gear driving your toner will be kaput. The nvm is just a datbase location that it refers to when it needs to know something. All that will do is run out your black developer (as no toner will be reaching it) Engineer is whats needed
