System freeze up
After start-up and often during use my computer hangs up and I need to re-boot. often I cannot re-boot,then I must power down then restart. this problem has been getting worse as time goes on. please help.

Remove side of case and check ALL fans are clean and free of fluff
Check CPU heatsink vanes are clean ( usually fluff and dirt Build up in them )
Check power supply fan is working and is clean
Vacuum out care cleaning all vent holes etc especially behind power supply
when this works give us a fixya
