I had the same problem, I spoke to some tech support guy from India, he even used LogMeIn123.com to log in remotely, but all he said was I might have a virus and tried to sell me Iolo's tech support service for $199.95 per year.

Hi , 1st- you need to go into the control panel , find Programs and Fetures , click on that and look to see if the software is deleted from the computer , if you have'nt done that then yes your going to run into the same problem everytime you try to reload it , once you sure the program is removed this should give you a clean install ,,,,,,,,So please let me know if you have already done this , then we can move to the next step...................Goodluck Roy
I have this same problem and used revo also to no avail. Iolo tech customer care is a joke and no help at all. I've registered the jscript dll and done everything suggested, but it still hangs. I have completely installed and completely uninstalled at least 15 times. Shut down windows defender, norton, etc. No help.I have this same problem and used revo also to no avail.
