System not booting, after installation
On power on, system gives one long, two short beeps, after installation of FX5200.
AGP setting in BIOS is 128MB.
On booting, first screen shows Nivida FX5200, but bottom line reads 0MB, whereas it should show 128MB. Other cards also read 0MB.
Mobo is an old Soltek SL-75KAV/-X, which came new with a graphics card installed.
Driver has been downloaded for XP, but on trying to update card, installer can't find the driver.
Image is, to say the least, fuzzy.
Any ideas?

Update the driver by using xp , not the installer.
Start . Right click,MY computer,click properties,click hardware,click device manager, click display adapters, click Update driver.
I usually place it on the hard driver itself. You have to be extremely specific for the location. No folders. No shortcuts. Did you tell it exactly where the driver was located (provide path). Does it still beep?
